Crafting as a Meditation: Tie Your Own Mala is a four-hour immersive workshop that blends mindful making with meditation practice. Participants will learn what a mala is, the traditional meanings behind its elements, and how to bring meditation off the mat and into daily life through intentional crafting. All materials are provided to create a chakra-clearing mala to take home.
