Practitioner Healing Room Memberships are designed for practitioners offering individual sessions in a shared, intentionally held healing space at Wild Grace.

These memberships provide flexible access to a private healing room for client work, without the overhead of maintaining your own space.

What’s Included

All healing room membership tiers include:

  • Access to the shared flex healing room

  • Massage tables

  • Optional linens available for $3 per session

  • Bring-your-own supplies structure

  • One onboarding session

  • Self-managed scheduling and client payments

This structure allows practitioners to operate independently while working within the Wild Grace environment.

Membership Tiers

Art Director

Tier 1A — Starter

A supportive entry point for new practitioners

  • $100/month

  • 4 hours/month

  • Additional hours: $25/hour

  • Shared flex healing room

  • Listed on the Wild Grace website

  • One onboarding session

  • Self-managed schedule & client payments

*This tier is offered for the first two months only, providing a low-pressure way to get started. All other tiers are ongoing without a time limit.*

Product Manager

Tier 2 — Growing Practitioner

For practitioners building a steady client base

  • $300/month

  • 10 hours/month

  • Additional hours: $35/hour

  • Shared flex healing room

  • Website listing with photo and bio

  • Eligible for Wild Grace marketing highlights

  • One onboarding session

  • Self-managed schedule & client payments

Tech Lead

Tier 1B — Starter Plus

For practitioners ready for a bit more consistency

  • $150/month

  • 6 hours/month

  • Additional hours: $30/hour

  • Shared flex healing room

  • Listed on the Wild Grace website

  • One onboarding session

  • Self-managed schedule & client payments

Tier 3 — Established Practitioner

For practitioners with consistent demand

  • $450/month

  • 16 hours/month

  • Additional hours: $30/hour

  • Priority scheduling

  • Featured website listing

  • Eligible for Wild Grace marketing highlights

  • One onboarding session

  • Self-managed schedule & client payments

Healing Room Memberships FAQ

Is this membership for group classes or workshops?

No. Healing Room Memberships are intended only for one-on-one client sessions. Group classes, workshops, or events fall under our Facilitator Access Membership or Private Space Rentals.

Do I manage my own schedule and client payments?

Yes. Practitioners are fully responsible for managing their own schedules, client communication, and payments. Wild Grace provides the space and agreed-upon access, not client management.

What is a shared flex healing room?

A shared flex healing room means the room is used by multiple practitioners at different times. Access is scheduled based on availability and your membership tier.

Can I bring my own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Healing Room Memberships follow a bring-your-own-supplies structure. Massage tables are provided, and linens are available for an optional $3 per session.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Tier 1A (Starter) is available for up to two months only as a supportive entry option. All other tiers are ongoing with no long-term commitment beyond the monthly membership.

Can I change my membership tier?

Yes. Memberships can be adjusted as your practice grows or changes. Requests to change tiers must be submitted by the 25th of the month to take effect the following month.

What happens if I need additional hours beyond my plan?

Additional hours may be booked at the hourly rate associated with your tier, based on availability.

Am I required to be listed on the Wild Grace website?

Website listings are included at all tiers. While visibility opportunities are available, client growth and marketing remain the responsibility of each practitioner.

Is there an approval process to become a practitioner?

Yes. All practitioners must complete a brief application and onboarding process to ensure alignment with Wild Grace values and use of the space.

What if I’m not sure which tier is right for me?

You don’t have to have it all figured out. Many practitioners start with a lower tier and adjust over time as their practice grows.
