Practitioner Partnerships at Wild Grace
A collaborative space for healers, guides, and practitioners to offer their work in a supportive community.
At Wild Grace, we partner with practitioners who are passionate about helping others heal and grow.
Rather than traditional room rentals or memberships, we operate on a simple partnership model designed to reduce administrative burden and allow you to focus on your clients.

How it Works
A Simple Partnership Model

Practitioners at Wild Grace operate under a 70/30 revenue share:
-
70% goes to the practitioner
-
30% supports the Wild Grace space and operations
This allows you to use our healing rooms without monthly rental fees while benefiting from the collective ecosystem of Wild Grace.

When you partner with Wild Grace, we handle the infrastructure so you can focus on your work.

Healing Room FAQ
Are the healing rooms for group classes or workshops?
No. Healing rooms are intended for one-on-one client sessions.
Group classes, workshops, or events are hosted in our larger space and coordinated separately through the Wild Grace team.
Do I manage my own schedule and client communication?
Practitioners manage their own schedules and client communication through Acuity.
All client payments are processed through Wild Grace, and practitioners receive 70% of the session revenue. Payouts are issued on the 5th and 20th of each month.
What is a shared flex healing room?
A shared flex healing room means the space is used by multiple practitioners at different times. Practitioners schedule sessions based on room availability using the shared scheduling system.
Can I bring my own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Practitioners typically bring their own supplies and tools depending on their modality. Massage tables are provided, and linens are available for an optional $3 per session.
Will I be listed on the Wild Grace website?
Yes. Practitioners offering sessions at Wild Grace are listed on the website with a photo, bio, and booking link so clients can learn about your work. While Wild Grace offers visibility within the community, building and maintaining your client base remains the responsibility of each practitioner.
Is there an approval process to become a practitioner?
Yes. All practitioners complete a brief application and onboarding process to ensure alignment with Wild Grace values and use of the space.
