Your rhythm of healing, community, and coming home to yourself

At Wild Grace, we believe that healing is most powerful when it becomes part of your everyday life. These weekly offerings are here to support your nervous system, connect you to your body, and hold space for your ongoing growth. From movement and meditation to men’s circles and soul-centered conversations, each gathering invites you to return—to yourself, your truth, your rhythm.

Weekly Restore Gatherings

At Wild Grace, we believe healing happens through consistency, connection, and community. Our Weekly Restore Gatherings offer a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build meaningful relationships with others on a regular basis.

Whether you're seeking meditation, personal growth, mindfulness practices, emotional support, stress relief, nervous system regulation, spiritual exploration, or simply a place to belong, our weekly gatherings provide opportunities to connect, restore, and grow in a supportive environment.

Each gathering has its own unique focus while sharing the same intention: creating space to heal, tools to live, and support to integrate.

Rhythm & Reflection:
A Community Drum Circle

Next Session: August 10th 7:00pm-8:30pm

*practitioner & schedule are subject to change*

Rhythm and Reflection: A Community Drum Circle is a monthly gathering that explores rhythm as a pathway to connection, reflection, and transformation. Drawing from storytelling, community sharing, guided exercises, and collective drumming, participants are invited to deepen their relationship with the drum (or rattle) while exploring the wisdom, emotions, and experiences that shape their lives.

No experience is required. Whether you are new to the drum or have been playing for years, this circle offers a welcoming space to connect with yourself, with others, and with the ancient language of rhythm.

Intro to: Awareness Through Movement

Practitioner: Serena Cofer

Next Session Wednesday, July 29th 7:00pm-8:00pm

*practitioner & schedule are subject to change*

Join us for this complimentary introductory class and experience the benefits of Awareness Through Movement® for yourself. While this class is offered free of charge, registration is appreciated so we can prepare the space and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone attending.

Awareness Through Movement® is a gentle, guided somatic practice that helps you improve the way you move so you can feel better in everyday life. Through slow, mindful movement and directed attention, you'll begin to notice habitual patterns of tension, effort, and compensation that may be affecting your posture, balance, comfort, and overall well-being.

Rather than stretching, exercising, or pushing through discomfort, this class invites curiosity. As you explore simple movements within your comfortable range, your nervous system is given the opportunity to discover new possibilities for ease, coordination, and efficiency. Many people leave feeling more relaxed, grounded, and connected to their bodies—with greater freedom of movement and less unnecessary strain.

Part of the Feldenkrais Method®, Awareness Through Movement® meets you exactly where you are. No experience is necessary, and movements can be adapted to support a wide range of abilities and physical conditions.

Come as you are. Move with curiosity. Improve your movement. Enhance your life.

Stillness With Dan

A Weekly Meditation Circle

Ages: Adult

Practitioner: Dan Anderson

Date/Time: Tuesday 7:00pm-8pm

*practitioner & schedule are subject to change*

In the noise of everyday life, stillness is a sacred act. This weekly circle is a gentle return to your inner world through guided meditation, breath awareness, mantra practice, and quiet reflection.

Each session invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and soften into presence. Whether we explore the breath, a body scan, heart-centered awareness, mantra meditation, or simple silence, this space is about cultivating inner peace without pressure or perfection.

Meditation isn’t about becoming someone new, but remembering and reconnecting with what’s already within. Together, we create space for quiet, clarity, and coming home to what matters most.

No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are, breathe, and be.

This offering is part of our Rest & Restore Night.
