Rooted & Steady

Strength, Balance & Spacious Movement (A 6 Week Series)

Practitioner: Joelyn Nowlin

This six-week series is designed to help you build deep core stability, improve balance, and move with greater ease and awareness. Each class combines mindful strength work, mobility training, and balance exercises in a supportive small-group environment.

Classes include gentle grounding, mobility and joint preparation, focused core strengthening, balance training, and simple integration exercises to help you move with greater stability and confidence in everyday life.

All experience levels are welcome. Class size is limited to 12 participants to support individual guidance and a comfortable learning environment.

Stillness Within

A Weekly Meditation Circle

In the noise of everyday life, stillness is a sacred act. This weekly circle is a gentle return to your inner world through guided meditation, breath awareness, and quiet reflection.

Each session invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and soften into presence. Whether we explore the breath, a body scan, heart-centered awareness, or simple silence, this space is about cultivating inner peace—without pressure or perfection.

No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are, breathe, and be. Together, we hold space for quiet, clarity, and coming home to what matters most.

Exploring the Human Experience is an ongoing circle for people who want to stay curious and grounded in uncertain times. Each gathering offers space to pause, listen to your body, and speak honestly about what’s unfolding in your life — without pressure, performance, or forced vulnerability. Through practical tools and reflective dialogue, we gently strengthen safety, connection, and personal clarity. You don’t have to have it figured out. You just have to arrive as you are.

Soul Sunday

Join us for a nourishing morning of soul connection, guided meditation, and deep healing. This is your sacred space to pause, breathe and anchor into everything your soul has been whispering.

Light Language Class with Maíra

Practitioner: Maíra Day

Join Maíra for a weekly Light Language class designed to help you connect with the language of the soul and explore new ways of expressing and integrating energy, intuition, and healing.

Light Language can manifest through sound, movement, writing, or symbols. Rather than working through the analytical mind, it supports energetic alignment, creativity, and deeper connection to your inner guidance.

This class is open to both beginners and those already familiar with Light Language. Each session stands on its own, so you’re welcome to attend whenever you feel called.

Come explore, express, and expand in a supportive and welcoming space.

Tai Chi Qigong Flow

In this class we will focus on learning and practicing yang style 5 movement form 10 and 24 movement form. Practicing Tai Chi Qigong Flow, the cultivation of your vital life force, is a way to support your optimum well-being and invest in your own health, healing and happiness. You can heal your pain, be less stressed, happier, healthier, more positive, more creative, and more joyful.
