Main Room Rental Rates
$75 per hour
A flexible option for shorter gatherings, circles, or classes.
$250 Half Day (up to 4 hours)
Ideal for ceremonies, workshops, and mid-length offerings that benefit from an uninterrupted window of time.
$500 Full Day (up to 8 hours)
Perfect for immersive retreats, trainings, and all-day experiences.
$800 Two Consecutive Days (up to 8 hours each day)
Designed for long-format events that require an expanded schedule and full-center privacy.

What’s included with a rental?
Your rental includes the main room, reception area, restrooms, full kitchen, tables and chairs, yoga props, and basic audio.
Can I use the kitchen?
Yes, you may use the appliances, fridge, counter space, and sink for light food prep. (Full cooking is permitted only with prior approval.)
Are the healing rooms included?
Healing rooms can be added for $25/hour per room.
Do I need to book extra time for setup and cleanup?
Yes. Your rental window should include both setup and teardown.
Can I rearrange the tables and seating?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to set the room however you need—just return it to its original layout after your event.
Can I charge attendees for my workshop or class?
Yes. You are free to set your own pricing for your offerings.
Does Wild Grace help promote my event?
Promotion is included for Sponsored Classes only. Promotions for rental-based events can be arranged separately if needed.
Is parking available?
Yes. We offer ample, free onsite parking for you and your guests.
How do I reserve my date?
Submit your request through our booking form. Once payment and the rental agreement are received, your date is confirmed.
