The Heart & Soul of Wild Grace
Our Mission, Our Stories, and the Heart-Led Team Behind Wild Grace
Wild Grace was born from the shared vision of women, each bringing their own depth of experience, wisdom, and heart to this sacred work. Guided by a deep commitment to healing, authenticity, and soul-centered connection, they came together with one unified purpose: to create inclusive spaces where transformation is not just talked about, but truly lived. Their paths—rich with personal healing, spiritual exploration, and years of holding space for others—intertwined to form what is now Wild Grace. Together, they breathe life into this mission, holding space for community, conscious growth, and the wild beauty of becoming whole.

Our Why:
The Mission Behind Wild Grace
At Wild Grace, our mission is to create heartfelt, soul safe spaces where healing runs deep…not just in the moment, but as a way of life. Through immersive retreats, embodied workshops, and integrative, interactive online courses, we invite individuals to release what no longer serves them. We guide all soul seekers back to the wholeness within. In our spaces, people are seen, heard, and held as they release trauma, reclaim inner wisdom, and return to their natural state of harmony. With every breath, choice, and breakthrough, healing becomes lived and lasting.
We honor the wild within…the unspoken truths, buried emotions, and intuitive nudges that call us deeper. This is not performative healing. It’s raw, powerful, and real. We walk with those ready to meet themselves fully…beyond the roles, stories, and conditioning. Transformation begins not just in the circle, but in how we live daily: how we speak, connect, listen, and respond.
Centered in authenticity, inclusivity, and conscious mentoring, Wild Grace is more than a business. We envision a world where spiritual, emotional and mental wellness are sacred, healing is accessible, and every individual can remember and recognize their inner light. Our approach is trauma aware, heart led, and community driven. We honor diverse healing paths and create soulful, inclusive spaces for all identities and backgrounds.
At Wild Grace, we hold space for both the spiritual and the untamed. Our work ripples outward…fostering deeper relationships, family, empowering communities and creating a conscious, compassionate world, rooted in presence, truth and wholeness. One breath. One choice. One moment at a time.

RoquesAnn Armstrong
Co-Founder, Lead Practitioner & Program Director
RoquesAnn is the heart and voice of Wild Grace's teachings. For over 11 years, she has guided individuals through transformative journeys of wholistic nutrition, emotional healing, and personal development — helping them uncover and release the unconscious habits, patterns, and emotions that stand between them and deeper healing. A gifted facilitator, bodyworker, nutritional coach, and public speaker, she holds space for transformation with a rare combination of fierce compassion, deep wisdom, and grounded presence. She believes that true health encompasses the structural, chemical, and emotional — and that lasting healing requires us to feel what we've been afraid to feel, to meet what we've been unwilling to meet. Whether leading a retreat, teaching a workshop, facilitating a one-on-one session, or speaking to an audience about holistic wellness, RoquesAnn meets people exactly where they are — and invites them into what's possible. Her approach creates a safe container for clients to explore repressed emotions and move toward profound personal growth and inner peace. Clients describe their sessions with her as transformative, noting significant shifts in energy and a newfound sense of lightness and relief. Her work is rooted in years of study, practice, and personal transformation. From seeking spiritual guidance in her youth to navigating personal adversities with resilience and introspection, she has walked the path herself, again and again, and she knows the territory intimately. She teaches from lived experience, not theory. She guides from love, not hierarchy. In addition to private sessions, RoquesAnn co-hosts consciousness retreats, leads monthly workshops, and designs curriculum that invites people to go deeper within themselves. She is passionate about expanding these offerings to reach more people on their journey of self-discovery. RoquesAnn lives in a rural community with her husband and three children, whom she homeschools. Together, they are building a garden, homestead, and (currently) a barn — surrounded by a menagerie of chickens, goats, horses, dogs, cats, and one very energetic new puppy. When she's not moving hay bales or holding space for transformation, you'll likely find her binge-watching her latest show obsession. Her personal and professional lives are testaments to her belief that the journey of transformation never ends — and that it's allowed to include both the sacred and the absurd.

Jill Franklyn
Co-Founder & Creative Integrator
Jill is the weaver behind Wild Grace — the one who sees the threads and knows how to bring them together into something whole. She translates vision into form, ideas into systems, inspiration into experiences that land in the body and stay in the heart. For over 15 years, Jill has walked the path of holistic healing — supporting others through natural wellness, plant medicine, and transformative practices. She brings both the depth of a practitioner and the skill of an entrepreneur, blending intuitive wisdom with operational expertise to create containers that are grounded, functional, and sacred. From the flow of a retreat to the design of a digital space, from the structure of our operations to the beauty of our offerings, Jill holds Wild Grace with both precision and grace. She builds the infrastructure that allows this work to breathe, grow, and remain rooted in its essence as it evolves. She also holds space for deep transformation, supports practitioners and participants as they walk their healing paths, and co-facilitates experiences that invite people into the liminal — the spaces between what was and what's becoming. Jill believes that healing spaces should feel as good as they work — grounded, beautiful, intentional, and alive. Her gift is integration: seeing what's needed, what wants to emerge, and how to make it real. Jill splits her time between Bear Lake and Salt Lake City with her husband and two dogs. She's a mother to three grown children, the reigning Irrelevant Celebrity Trivia Champion (yes, there's a trophy), and a firm believer that transformation work should include equal parts depth and delight — because healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time.

Jillaire Higley
Partner & Visionary Strategist
Jillaire holds the long vision for Wild Grace — the one who sees not just what we are, but what we're becoming. An interior designer by trade, she brought Wild Grace's physical space into being — designing every detail with intention, beauty, and soul, and gifting both her expertise and her heart to create a container worthy of the work we do here. With years of business experience and a deep commitment to sustainable growth, she guides our strategic direction and ensures that every decision we make serves both our mission and our longevity. She brings clarity, structure, and grounded wisdom to Wild Grace's unfolding. She coordinates our operations, supports our team, and holds the organizational systems that allow Wild Grace to function with ease and alignment. Where inspiration meets strategy, where vision meets execution, where the mystical meets the practical — that's where Jillaire thrives. Her presence is steady, her vision is clear, and her commitment to this work runs deep. Jillaire believes that visionary work requires both devotion and discipline — and she brings both in equal measure. Jillaire lives with her husband and two sons, radiates joy wherever she goes, and is known for giving the best hugs. Her laughter is contagious, her smile is constant, and she believes that happiness is a practice — one she's committed to every single day.
