THE PATHWAY

The Practitioner Pathway

An 18-week transformational practitioner training and formation experience for healers, facilitators, coaches, therapists, and conscious space holders.

Understanding Your Human DesignMomence Banner Size (28).png

The seven principles you will hold for others, you must first carry yourself.

Not perfectly. Honestly.

This is not simply a facilitation training.

It is an invitation to go more deeply into your own formation — so that what you offer others is not borrowed language or applied method, but something you have genuinely inhabited.

The Wild Grace Practitioner Pathway is an eighteen-week practitioner development and mentorship experience for those who feel called to hold transformational space for others — eight weeks of deep personal formation, followed by ten weeks of real-world practice walking alongside participants in the public-facing Orientation Pathway.

Practitioners, healers, coaches, therapists, teachers, guides, and facilitators — anyone whose work centers around helping people reconnect with themselves, navigate healing, and move toward deeper embodiment and self-trust.

This pathway is designed not only to deepen your capacity to support others — but to deepen your relationship with yourself first.

What Is the Practitioner Pathway?

The Wild Grace Practitioner Pathway is a transformational practitioner formation program designed for those who feel called to guide, support, mentor, teach, facilitate, or hold healing space for others.

Combining personal inner work, somatic healing principles, mentorship, reflection, live practice, and community support, the pathway focuses not only on what practitioners know — but on who they become while carrying the work.

Rather than teaching rigid formulas or performance-based facilitation, the program is rooted in embodiment, integrity, emotional maturity, nervous system awareness, relational presence, and genuine lived experience.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You Might Be Ready If...

→ You are already working with people in a healing, coaching, wellness, facilitation, therapy, or transformational capacity and want to go deeper

→ You have been deeply engaged in your own healing, spiritual growth, personal development, or embodiment work and sense it is time to bring that into service

→ You want to become part of the Wild Grace practitioner community and eventually support the public-facing pathway

→ You feel called to hold space for others but want a grounded foundation before stepping fully into that role

→ You want to develop stronger capacity in mentorship, nervous system awareness, emotional holding, somatic presence, and transformational support

→ You are simply ready to go further than you have gone before — both in your own formation and in your ability to walk alongside others

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Eight Weeks of Formation.
Ten Weeks of Embodied Practice.

The Practitioner Pathway moves through the same seven principles as the public-facing pathway — but the lens shifts entirely.

Rather than asking:
“What is true about these principles?”

this program asks:
“How have you lived them?”
“Where are you still learning?”
“How will you hold this for others without making your own path the template?”

This is not about becoming an expert.
It is about becoming honest, grounded, relationally aware, and deeply embodied in the work you are asking others to trust you with.

  • Practitioner-level teachings on the seven core principles explored within the Orientation Pathway

  • Weekly live Zoom formation calls with RoquesAnn for reflection, discussion, mentorship, and integration

  • Weekly reflection assignments exploring three dimensions: how you have lived it, where you are still learning, and how you will responsibly hold it for others

  • Private BAND community access for ongoing connection, support, discussion, and cohort integration

  • Exposure to multiple healing modalities and approaches including somatic practices, embodiment work, mindfulness, emotional integration, nervous system awareness, and conscious relational work

The Final Ten Weeks Include

  • Assignment to a cohort of public pathway participants

  • Real-world guided practitioner experience walking alongside participants throughout their journey

  • Ongoing mentorship and support as you begin embodying the role of practitioner within the Wild Grace ecosystem

  • Continued integration, reflection, and live feedback throughout the facilitation experience

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Formation Before Facilitation

Most practitioner trainings teach you what to do.

This one asks you to become someone for whom the doing is a natural expression of who you are.

The difference between a practitioner who has completed a training and a practitioner who has genuinely inhabited the material is something people can feel in the room.

The Practitioner Pathway is structured around that difference.

Not performance.
Not perfection.
Not memorized language.

But grounded presence.
Embodiment.
Integrity.
Relational honesty.
And the willingness to continue doing your own work while holding space for others doing theirs.

This is not about becoming the authority in the room.

It is about becoming safe enough, honest enough, and present enough that others are able to reconnect with themselves in your presence.

This Pathway May Not Be Aligned If...

This pathway is not designed for people seeking quick certification, rigid formulas, spiritual hierarchy, or performance-based facilitation techniques.

It asks for honesty, emotional maturity, self-responsibility, openness to feedback, and willingness to remain a student of your own life while supporting others in theirs.

The Practitioner Pathway is less about “becoming a healer” and more about deepening your capacity to walk beside another human being with grounded presence and integrity.

A Note on This Launch

The first Practitioner Pathway cohort begins June 1, 2026 and runs eighteen weeks, concluding August 2, 2026.

As the pathway evolves, future cohorts will gradually open to a broader practitioner audience aligned with the values and approach of the work.

NEXT COHORT STARTS OCTOBER 2026

Applications Open for October 2026

The second Practitioner Pathway cohort begins October 19, 2026 and will open to a wider application pool.

If you feel genuinely called to this work — and to the level of honesty, embodiment, and responsibility it asks for — we invite you to apply.

Applications are reviewed individually.
This is not a first-come, first-served enrollment model.

The intention is not simply filling seats.
It is creating aligned practitioner cohorts built on readiness, resonance, integrity, and mutual fit.

You Cannot Guide Others Somewhere You Refuse to Go Yourself

The Practitioner Pathway is not about becoming more impressive.

More grounded.
More trustworthy in the spaces you hold.

If something inside you recognizes this invitation — not as a performance, but as a deeper level of responsibility and devotion to the work — we would love to hear from you.
