What The Day Holds

A Carefully Crafted Arc From Arrival To Integration

Whole is intentionally designed as one unfolding experience, with each session naturally preparing you for the next. We'll begin by slowing down and grounding into the present moment before moving into deeper practices of self-discovery, breathwork, embodiment, and meaningful connection. Throughout the day, you'll be gently guided from presence to self-trust in a way that feels supportive, spacious, and

deeply restorative.

Along the way, you'll experience movement, meditation, guided breathwork, reflection, creative expression, somatic practices, immersive group experiences, and a closing sound bath—all thoughtfully woven together to support lasting integration.

No prior experience is needed.

Simply come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness

to explore.

Where The Day Takes You

Group Meditation Class

Presence &

Grounding

We'll begin by slowing down.

Ease into the day with gentle movement, mindfulness, and practices designed to help you settle your nervous system, become fully present, and create a foundation for everything that follows.

Embodiment

Bring insight into the body.

Transformation doesn't happen through insight alone. Through gentle somatic practices, you'll explore what it feels like to live from what you've remembered and carry it with you beyond the retreat.

Wild Grace Website Sketch Page (91).png

Discernment & Remembrance

Reconnect with what is true.

Through guided reflection, conversation, and creative exploration, you'll begin to separate the noise of expectation from your own inner knowing and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always been there.

Connection &

Integration

Be seen. Be witnessed.

Meaningful conversations and shared experiences create space for reflection, connection, and the reminder that you're not walking this journey alone.

The heart of the retreat.

A deeply guided breathwork experience offering space to release, soften, and move beyond thinking into direct experience—opening the door to greater clarity, connection, and aliveness.

Closing

Sound Bath

Rest. Receive. Integrate.

Close the day with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the body and mind to absorb the day's experiences before returning home feeling grounded, renewed, and connected.

More Than a Collection of Workshops

Unlike many retreats, Whole isn't a series of separate sessions—it's one carefully crafted journey. Each experience naturally prepares you for the next, creating space for meaningful reflection, deeper connection, and lasting integration.

Rather than leaving with a notebook full of ideas, you'll leave with the lived experience of slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and remembering what it feels like to trust your own inner wisdom.

This Retreat Is For You If...

You don't need to have experience with meditation, breathwork, or personal growth to belong here. You don't need to be in crisis or have everything figured out.

You simply need to be willing to slow down and become curious about yourself.

Whole may be for you if...

  • You've been longing to reconnect with yourself beneath the busyness of everyday life.

  • You're craving a day to pause, breathe, and simply be.

  • You often find yourself caring for everyone else and rarely making space for yourself.

  • You sense there's more wisdom within you than you've been able to hear lately.

  • You're navigating a season of change, transition, or uncertainty and want space to reflect.

  • You've been doing personal growth work and are ready to deepen your connection with yourself.

  • You're new to this kind of experience but feel quietly drawn to explore.

If something in you is saying "yes," trust that.

Sometimes the first step home is simply saying yes to yourself.

Burke Christensen

Burke has lived a beautiful and notable life, both professionally and as a husband and father. His three children are all married, and he is a proud grandfather of three. Yet, despite these blessings, an inner yearning persisted—a sense that something essential was missing. Despite outward success, he grappled with a feeling of dissatisfaction in areas that truly mattered. This inner disquiet propelled him into a profound journey of personal development. For years, he immersed himself in reading books, listening to audios, attending seminars, and exploring transformative experiences, including: The Landmark Forum: Gaining insights into personal effectiveness and transformation. NLP and Hypnotherapy: Collaborating with practitioners to reframe limiting beliefs. Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within (UPW): Engaging in dynamic strategies for personal empowerment. One-on-One Tony Robbins Coaching: Committing to a year-long mentorship for deeper growth. The Teachings of Dr. Wayne Dyer: Spending hundreds of hours studying his work on self-awareness, intention, and spiritual transformation. Each of these experiences provided Burke with powerful tools and perspectives that helped shape his journey. They offered valuable insights into human behavior, self-awareness, and transformation, all of which contributed to his personal growth and deeper understanding of himself. In 2023, a pivotal shift occurred when Burke began Energy Clearing Sessions with RoquesAnn Armstrong, the organizer of Going Deeper Within. These sessions sparked a profound realization: the answers he had been searching for were within. He embarked on dedicated introspection, which was deepened through shadow integration courses led by Sky Essence, drawing on the principles of Carl Jung's work. This inward journey, though very challenging, has been profoundly rewarding. Burke has unearthed a deep sense of peace, healing entrenched patterns; particularly an insatiable need for external validation. For years, he felt trapped in a "self-imposed prison," recognizing that his suffering wasn’t caused by anything other than the stories he himself had created about past experiences. Having an intellectual understanding of this did help to a degree, but it wasn't until he started doing the inner work that he felt a much deeper sense of inner peace. Now, as a facilitator for Going Deeper Within, Burke is honored to hold space for others who are ready to delve into their inner landscapes. He believes that authentic transformation arises from within and is passionate about supporting others on this journey toward self-awareness, healing, personal freedom, and Inner Peace... which is what Burke treasures the most.

Michael & Shannon Jinks

Michael and Shannon are facilitators at Wild Grace, drawn to this work by a shared belief that healing happens best in community, in the body, and in honest relationship with ourselves. They recently completed Wild Grace's facilitator training program together. Shannon brings training in yoga (YTT), Reiki, and breathwork, along with a steady, intuitive presence that helps people feel safe enough to go deep. Michael has spent the last decade immersed in personal growth and development, exploring shadow work, values, and embodiment not as concepts to master but as a living practice. Together they've spent years doing this work in their own marriage and lives before bringing it into a facilitation space. They'll be leading breathwork classes together, and this fall they'll offer an 8 week course exploring how our personal values connect to the seven chakras, giving people tools to understand themselves more fully rather than a fixed system of truth to follow. Michael and Shannon hold everything they teach as personal perspective, not doctrine. Their hope is that whatever they offer becomes a mirror for your own inner knowing, not a replacement for it.

Her approach is precise, evidence-informed, and tailored to each individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all solution.
