This is a safe space to feel and release anger and rage and understand what is stored underneath it. Because usually anger is not the problem, but it shows something deeper that is out of balance. Yannick will guide you on a somatic healing journey is created so you can use the raw power of anger and direct it to create a breakthrough in your life. A lot of times, because parts of us don't feel worthy of love or to be seen, we become the people pleaser, the performer, the avoidant, or the one who hides their truth and desires. Over time, these patterns become who we are by default — and we begin living from them unconsciously. This somatic embodiment journey is an invitation to recognize the parts of yourself that were formed through shame and begin releasing them, while stepping into a new version of you that is completely free from shame. Through a guided transformational journey, we will create a safe space for you to meet the parts of yourself that have been hiding and fully step into a new version of self. This is an evening of movement, awareness, and choice — a choice to step into a new identity. A space to let go of the old and step into something new, so you can stand fully in your power for 2026.
