Service Description

Grounding & Centering – 5 minutes Class begins with gentle guided breathing and somatic awareness to settle the nervous system, focus attention, and connect with the body. Mobility & Joint Preparation – 15 minutes Participants move through progressive stretching to improve mobility and prepare the body for movement. A blend of static and active stretching, along with supportive tools such as straps, mobility sticks, and bolsters, helps safely increase range of motion. Movements are guided with supportive options so each participant can choose what best supports their body. Deep Core Stability – 15 minutes Focused exercises build strength and stability in the deep core muscles that support the spine and pelvis. Slow, controlled movements such as bridges, bird dogs, planks, and rotational work help improve posture, balance, and overall movement control. Tools such as stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, and light weights may be incorporated with options for all levels. Balance & Stability Training – 15 minutes Progressive balance exercises help develop stability, coordination, and confidence in movement. Participants explore both stable and dynamic surfaces while practicing controlled standing movements and patterns that increase body awareness. Integration Circuit – 5 minutes A short, energizing circuit integrates core strength, balance, and coordinated movement through light agility work, step patterns, or gentle conditioning exercises. Grounding & Integration – 5 minutes The class concludes with calming breath and somatic awareness to help the body integrate the work of the class and leave participants feeling grounded and centered. This class is for you if you: Want to build strength and stability in a supportive environment Are interested in improving balance, mobility, and core stability Prefer mindful, guided movement rather than high-intensity workouts Are returning to exercise or rebuilding confidence in your body Appreciate having options so you can move at a pace that feels right for you All ages and experience levels are welcome, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
