Restore with Eiya: Myofascial Release

Service Description

Slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body in this gentle restorative experience designed to release and open the myofascial structure, support lymphatic movement, and regulate the nervous system. This class will include facial yoga and massage, purifying masks, and light stretching to encourage circulation and relaxation. Tools will be provided, and you’ll receive a small gift bag with facial serums, masks, and self-care tools to continue the experience at home. Feel free to bring your own gua sha, facial devices, or headband if you’d like. **Space is limited.** Dress code: comfy spa attire.
