Service Description

Facilitated by Hilary Stark & Alyssa Young Come learn how to integrate from previous experiences in real time with real practices and processes in group setting and set space. This workshop offering is curated to bring together the teachings, tools and skills to practice in real time the learning you have achieved through inner personal work and group experiences. Through group and partnered exercises we will guide you into deeper embodiment and real time processing that will help to shift the way you see and show up in your relationships in real time. Allowing this experience to shine light on new or unknown parts of you or to deepen a part or concept you may have already been working on and practicing.
