Understanding your Attachment Style through the Body

60 US dollars
Wild Grace

Service Description

Facilitated by Hilary Stark & Alyssa Young This workshop is curated to help you understand your attachment styles in relationships. Our attachments are established first with our care givers, based on their ability to attune and connect with us affects how we feel about attachment throughout our lives with others. Just because you have learned particular behaviors, patterns and truths about the way you attached as a child in relationship to initial care givers doesn’t mean it defines your attachment style throughout the remainder of your life. Hilary and Ally are passionate about attachment theory work because they have studied, practiced and applied it to their own lives and have seen the massive shifts and changes it has created in their ability to show up more securely attached with themselves and others they care about. During this workshop they will walk you through understanding, applying and practicing the 4 attachment styles. The desired outcome is to help you leave with tools, language and skills to better understand anxious, avoidant, disorganized and secure attachment styles. This work is transformational in shaping new patterns of relating with not only intimate partners and children, but friends, family and into the workplace. This workshop is for everyone, come alone and work in process with others in the group or bring a partner, friend or family member and sign up as a couple!! This will be a place to practice real life processing and attachment styles, leaving you feeling more secure and empowered to navigate your relationships in the real world!
