Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Mad Watson always had a passion for the arts. She couldn’t imagine a life without it and pursued her dream to be an artist by continuing her education and graduating from the Milan Art Institute in 2020 which helped her find her unique voice.
Before she pursued Art full time, she was a director of a children’s theatre for 4 years painting on the side. Despite how much she loved teaching, she couldn’t shake the feeling that she needed to devote all her creative attention to her artistic practice. Since the
start of 2024, she left the theatre and her career began to bloom.
Now she sells her original work at local markets across Las Vegas and Henderson, in galleries, and at shows such as The Other Art Fair in LA and Dallas. She incorporates live interactive aura painting into her business as well, where she paints a watercolor abstract and describes the meaning behind it.
For her, the lines of music, color, and emotion blur. She feels closest to her creator when she creates, and she believes it is her duty to share beauty with the world and help others feel seen and loved.

WHAT IS AN AURA PAINTING?An abstract representation of your soul/ spirit / vibes. I don’t see aura colorswith my physical eyes, but I feel them through intuition. It feels like tuning intoa radio frequency. Each color has its own unique meaning that will be sharedonce it is complete.
DO THE PEOPLE NEXT TO ME AFFECT YOUR ABILITY TO READ MY AURA? No, feel free to have the people you came here with close by if you would like. Ican easily filter out who is who and it will not affect your reading. Feel free tochat, hangout, or just relax, whatever feels most comfortable to you.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS? Since May 2024. I am drawn to art because I am able to express how I experiencethe world through color.
ARE THERE ANY BAD COLORS? I don’t think there are inherently “bad” colors. I think each color has equalopportunity to be overactive or underactive and the goal is a healthy balance.
DOES MY AURA COLOR CHANGE? Yes! I would say most people have one or two colors that stay with them most oftheir life, other colors are more seasonal or mood based. It’s fun to do check upsand see how it evolves over time.
HAVE YOU EVER NOT BEEN ABLE TO PICK UP COLORS FROM SOMEONE? Very rarely someone's energy will be difficult to discern. This happens for one oftwo reasons, the first is that they are dehydrated. Water acts as a conductor forthe energy of our spirit. The second is that they might have a “heart wall” anddon’t feel comfortable with a stranger seeing their energy. Usually after Iencourage them that I will keep their energy safe and establish trust their guardis able to come down and colors will begin to trickle through.
WHAT IS A GLIMMER? A glimmer is a glimpse of an energy that is strongly connected to the person Iam reading. This usually represents a spirit that has passed on from this life. It isusually a loved one, or a guardian angel. These glimmers are somewhat rare,every 50 people or so a glimmer will catch my eye.
HOW DO YOU NOT FEEL DRAINED ENERGETICALLY? When I am out and about I keep my ability to read others' energy at a low 3 outof 10. I believe in other’s right to their privacy as well and will only turn it up to10, so to speak once I have their permission, this allows the energy to comethrough clearly. In between each person I paint, I take a moment to recharge,then I am fresh for each new person. I feel very charged up by what I do! Mymission is to help people feel seen and loved.
