Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive subtle energy healing modality that channels universal life force energy through the hands or intention of the practitioner. It works to balance the body, mind, and spirit by clearing energetic blockages and restoring natural energetic flow—often bringing deep relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual insight.

Each session is unique, but generally includes a brief check-in, intention setting, and guided meditation. You’ll either lie down or sit comfortably while I channel reiki energy through hands-on or hands-off techniques. Clients often report sensations of warmth, tingling, peace, visuals, or seeing colors. We close with gentle grounding and integration support.

While therapy often focuses on mental health and past trauma through talk-based modalities, spiritual coaching is more focused on soul alignment, present-moment awareness, and intuitive empowerment. I hold space for you to connect with your higher self, your guides, clear mis-aligned energetic patterns, and embody your most authentic truth. It’s not a replacement for clinical care, but a beautiful complement.

This depends on your goals and where you are on your journey. Some clients come weekly during times of transition or healing, while others prefer monthly maintenance to stay aligned. I also offer customized healing containers and programs for deeper transformation over time

Yes—Reiki transcends time and space, and distance sessions are just as powerful as in-person healing. Using specific symbols and intention, I connect with your energy field remotely and channel healing to wherever you are in the world. Many clients report feeling warmth, emotional release, or energetic shifts even though we are not physically together. Distance Reiki is perfect for those unable to travel, or who prefer to receive in the comfort of their own sacred space.

Both Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® Reiki work with universal life force energy for healing and alignment, but they differ in frequency, lineage, and how the energy is channeled.

Usui Reiki is the original traditional system founded by Mikao Usui in Japan, passed down through direct initiations and hands-on techniques. It’s gentle, structured, and deeply grounding.

Holy Fire® Reiki, a newer evolution introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), carries a higher frequency that is more refined, intuitive, and divinely aligned. It feels warm, deeply nurturing, and often works in the background, even after the session ends. It supports deep healing, purification, empowerment, and connection with unity consciousness.

Many practitioners, including myself, are attuned to both lineages, allowing for a beautiful blend of traditional wisdom and modern energy work.

Both Reiki and Quantum Healing support deep energetic transformation, but they work through different layers of consciousness and technique.

Reiki channels universal life force energy through the hands or intention, flowing where it's needed to balance the chakras, clear energetic blocks, and promote deep peace and healing. It's a gentle, nurturing modality often focused on the emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies.

Quantum Healing, on the other hand, works on a broader multidimensional scale. It may involve journeying through timelines, addressing karmic imprints, ancestral patterns, or connecting with star family lineages and the soul's divine organic blueprint. Quantum sessions often include visualization, subconscious reprogramming, and cellular recalibration.

While Reiki focuses on harmonizing energy, Quantum Healing invites you to co-create with your higher self in a more expansive, multi dimensional space. Both are powerful, and I often integrate them based on what your soul is calling for.
