Begin the Pathway
An 8-week guided healing and personal transformation experience rooted in somatic practices, embodiment, practitioner support, and conscious community.

You've heard the call.
Here's how to answer it.
The Wild Grace Orientation Pathway is open to anyone who is genuinely ready to stop searching outside themselves and start coming home.

No prior background.
No prerequisites.
No perfect timing required.

Just a willingness to show up honestly — for yourself, and alongside a community of fellow travelers doing the same.

Whether you are navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, spiritual awakening, life transition, disconnection, grief, self-doubt, or simply the quiet knowing that there must be something more available than survival mode, this pathway offers grounded support for the journey back to yourself.

The pilot cohort begins August 3, 2026.
Here is everything you need to know.

What Is the
Orientation Pathway?
The Orientation Pathway is an online transformational healing experience designed to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, embodiment, self-trust, spiritual growth, mindfulness, and meaningful human connection.
Across eight weeks, you will move through guided teachings, somatic healing practices, reflection work, practitioner support, and community integration experiences designed to help healing become lived — not just understood intellectually.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you already are underneath the conditioning, the overwhelm, the coping strategies, and the constant pressure to keep pushing through life disconnected from yourself.
Eight Weeks.
Eight Territories.
Each week opens a new principle — a foundation many of us were never taught how to truly live inside of.
Rather than simply receiving information, the pathway invites you to slow down, practice, reflect, and begin noticing the patterns, beliefs, reactions, and ways of being that may no longer fit who you are becoming.
Each week combines personal growth teachings, somatic healing practices, reflection work, practitioner support, and community integration experiences designed to help the principles become lived experience rather than intellectual understanding.

Week Zero-Arriving
Before anything else, we slow down. Week Zero is an orientation — not to content, but to yourself. You'll set an intention for your eight weeks, learn how to use the pathway, and begin practicing the quality of attention that makes everything that follows possible. This is where the journey begins.
Week One-Finding Your Way Back to the Present Moment
Most of us spend the majority of our lives anywhere but here — in our heads, in the past, in the worry about what comes next. Week One is about the simple, radical practice of returning. To this breath. This body. This moment. Again and again, without judgment for having left.
Week Two-Learning to Tell the Difference Between What You Think You Want and What Is Actually Asking For Attention
There is a voice inside you that reaches — for comfort, for distraction, for the next thing that might finally fix the feeling. And there is a quieter voice underneath it that knows. Week Two helps you begin to hear the difference between the two — and begin developing trust and confidence in your own innate knowing.
Week Three-Remembering Who You Were Before Life Taught You to Forget
Somewhere along the way, most of us learned to shrink, perform, protect, or disappear. Week Three is an invitation to find your way back to who you were before those adaptations became your identity — and to discover that the truest version of you has never actually left.
Week Four-Learning to Be Fully Alive Again
Many of us have gotten very good at going through the motions — functioning, producing, managing — without actually feeling much of anything. Week Four explores what it means to stop bracing against your own life and start actually showing up for it, even when showing up is hard.
Week Five-Making Peace With the Body You Live In
For many of us, the body has been a source of shame, disconnection, pain, or simply something to manage and push through. Week Five is about beginning to experience your body as home — not a problem to be solved, but a source of intelligence, feeling, and truth.
Week Six-Learning to Deepen Your Self Trust
At some point most of us stopped trusting our own instincts. Maybe someone told us we were wrong one too many times. Maybe we learned it was safer to defer. Week Six is about rebuilding that trust — learning to recognize the signal that has always been inside you and letting it guide you again.
Week Seven-Bringing All of Yourself to the Table
We all carry parts of ourselves we have hidden, suppressed, or decided were too much. Week Seven is about bringing those parts out of exile — not to indulge them, but to make peace with them. Because wholeness is not about becoming perfect. It is about recognizing you have always been whole.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A Few Things Worth Knowing
Do I need any prior experience?
No. The Orientation Pathway is designed for anyone who is genuinely ready — regardless of background, practice history, or spiritual tradition. If you are curious and willing to show up, you belong here.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan for 2–3 hours per week for the online content, your weekly reflection, and connection with your practitioner — plus any in-person time you choose to add. The program is designed to fit into a full life, not demand that you step out of it.
What in-person offerings are included?
All Wild Grace anchor nights — held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday — are included in the cost of your program. You are also invited to a weekly integration call, available both online and in person, where you can bring what you are learning and land it with others in real time. This call continues to be available to you even after the eight weeks conclude. Beyond the included offerings, all other Wild Grace classes and programs are available to you at a discounted rate for the full length of your program — so if something calls to you, you can say yes to it without it feeling out of reach.
What if I miss a week?
The online content is yours to access at your own pace. Your practitioner will be there to support you through any week that feels hard to land in. The community is designed to hold you, not grade you.
What is a personal practitioner?
Every participant in the Orientation Pathway is assigned a Wild Grace practitioner — someone who has completed the Practitioner Pathway and is trained to walk alongside you through the eight weeks. They check in with you, help the content land in your real life, and make sure you are genuinely held rather than navigating this alone.
Is this connected to Wild Grace in-person offerings?
Yes — deeply. Anchor nights, the weekly integration call, and discounted access to all other Wild Grace offerings are built into your program. Whether you are local or joining from a distance, there is a place for you in the live community throughout your eight weeks and beyond.
Is this therapy?
No. The Orientation Pathway is not therapy, clinical treatment, or crisis support. It is a guided personal growth and healing experience designed to support self-awareness, embodiment, emotional integration, spiritual growth, and conscious community. Many participants choose to engage alongside therapy or other forms of support.
Is this connected to any religion or spiritual tradition?
No. While the pathway explores timeless principles found across many traditions and healing practices, it is not tied to any one religion or belief system. You are invited to engage with the material in a way that feels aligned with your own background, values, and lived experience.
What kinds of practices are included?
The pathway includes a variety of modalities and healing practices including somatic work, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation tools, reflection exercises, embodiment practices, and community integration experiences. The intention is not mastery of any one modality, but exposure to practices that help you reconnect with yourself in grounded and meaningful ways.
Do I have to participate live?
No. The core pathway content is designed to be completed at your own pace throughout each week. Live community experiences are available to support deeper connection and integration, but you are welcome to engage in the way that feels supportive and realistic for your life and schedule.
What if I am going through a difficult season of life right now?
Many people arrive here during seasons of transition, burnout, grief, disconnection, awakening, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm. The pathway is designed to meet people gently and honestly where they are. You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.
Is this only for spiritually-oriented people?
Not at all. Some participants arrive deeply connected to spiritual practices, while others simply know they want a different way of relating to themselves and their lives. The pathway is designed to be accessible, grounded, and welcoming regardless of where you are beginning from.
