What should I bring to the event?
We recommend bringing:
- A yoga mat and any props you like (bolster, blanket, or blocks)
- A refillable water bottle
- A journal and pen for reflections
- An eye mask or scarf (optional) for breathwork or deep relaxation
- An open mind and heart
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, layered clothing that allows you to move freely and adjust according to temperature. The event includes gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, and seated discussions, so you’ll want to feel relaxed and at ease.
Do I need prior experience with yoga, meditation, or breathwork?
Not at all! This retreat is designed for all levels of experience. Whether you’re new to these practices or have been exploring them for years, you’ll be guided with clear, accessible instruction.
What can I expect during the event?
This immersive experience includes:
- Mindful movement and meditation to center yourself
- Partnered inquiry and group reflections for deeper insights
- Breathwork and sound healing to release tension and realign energy

How can I prepare for the retreat?
To get the most out of your experience, we suggest:
- Getting a good night’s rest before the event
- Eating a light, nourishing meal beforehand
- Arriving with a clear intention of what you are hoping to get out of this experience, an open heart, and a willingness to explore
- Turning off or limiting distractions (phone, social media, etc.) to be fully present.
Can I attend if I have a injury or physical limitations?
Absolutely. All movement practices are gentle and adaptable. If you have any concerns, feel free to modify poses, take breaks as needed, or reach out to us in advance to discuss accommodations.
What food or drinks will be provided?
A nourishing, grounding lunch will be provided. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle and any personal snacks needed for dietary or individual needs.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining the integrity of this retreat experience.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis up until one week before the event. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Cancellations made within the week of the event will not be eligible for a refund unless due to extenuating circumstances or an act of God (e.g., serious illness, family emergency, or natural disaster).

Cancellations made within 36 hours of the event will not receive a refund under any circumstances. This policy is in place to honor the preparation, planning, and limited space available for this experience.

Late Arrivals: Doors will close promptly at 10:00 AM to preserve the sacred nature of the retreat. If you arrive late, you will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.
By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to maintaining the integrity of this experience for all participants.
Can I come alone?
Yes! Many attendees come solo and find that the retreat is a beautiful way to connect with like-minded individuals. You’ll have plenty of opportunities for personal reflection as well as guided group interactions.
Where is the event located and what are the parking options?
Location: Wild Grace, 5282 S. Commerce Dr. #D232, Murray, UT. Our center is on the second floor, facing the grassy courtyard. The elevator is located inside the breezeway.
Parking: There is plenty of parking onsite.
Multiple signs will be posted on the day of the event to make finding our location as easy as possible.
Why is it important to arrive on time?
We’re holding a sacred and intentional space for this retreat, and arriving on time helps honor the collective energy we’ll be creating together.
Doors will open at 9:00 AM, and we’ll begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
Please plan to arrive with enough time to park, check in, and settle in before we begin.
