Date/Time: Every Other Tuesday 6pm-7pm

*practitioner & schedule are subject to change*

This is more than just a yoga class—it’s a return to yourself. WildGrace Yoga is a weekly invitation to come home to your body through intentional movement, conscious breath, and sacred presence.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have a longtime practice, this class meets you where you are. We’ll move through grounding flows, restorative stretches, and gentle somatic awareness exercises to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and deepen your connection to body and soul.

You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced—just willing to show up and listen within. This is a space of grace, not performance.

Mindful Movement

Move What Words Cannot

Ages: Adult

Practitioner: LeGrande Lolo

Date/Time: Wednesday 6:30pm-7:45pm

*practitioner & schedule are subject to change*

This is not about choreography.
It’s about freedom.

Mindful Movement is a guided, music-infused journey that invites you to drop into your body, loosen the grip of the mind, and move from your inner knowing. With no steps to follow and no way to do it wrong, you’ll be gently supported to express, release, and reconnect—through rhythm, stillness, wildness, and breath.

Each session opens with intention-setting and grounding, followed by a flow of music curated to awaken different aspects of your energy—from soft and reflective to wild and primal. We close with a short integration circle or meditative rest.

This is sacred space for embodiment, emotional release, and authentic joy. Come exactly as you are. No experience necessary—just a willingness to listen to your body and let it lead.

Sound Bath Healing

A Vibrational Journey Within

Practitioner: Eiya Standriff

Date/Time: Wednesday 8pm-9pm

*practitioner & schedule are subject to change*

Let the vibrations carry you home.
This immersive sound healing session invites you to rest deeply as waves of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, rattles, chimes, and nature sounds wash over your body, mind, and soul.

Blending the ancient with the modern, these sessions weave together the regenerative frequencies of EE Systems, 432hz Gregorian and Indian chants, native flute, and tribal tones—all intuitively guided to support your unique healing experience.

As you settle into stillness, the resonance of sound helps release energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore inner harmony. You may experience sensations, emotions, or imagery—each one a messenger guiding you back to balance.

There is nothing you need to do. Just lay back, breathe, and receive. Sessions may include gentle breathwork, intention setting, or silent reflection to support integration.

All are welcome.
